In relativity, events cannot happen outside the light cone. Analogously, here we find that for a given value of genuine multiparty entanglement, as quantified by generalized geometric measure, multiparticle quantum state points cannot occur outside a quantum monogamy deficit cone. In particular, we show that for a given value of quantum monogamy deficit, three-qubit pure states must have their generalized geometric measure above a certain positive value.
