Neutrino reaction cross sections on 208Pb are evaluated using
calculated. Gamow-Teller and spin-dipole strength distributions obtained
by HF+DTA (RPA) model. Effecs of spreading and quenching in the
Gamow-Teller strength is also taken into account.
