The Einstein-Milne relations for the continuum are generalized to a nondegenerate relativistic gas in thermodynamic equilibrium, using the relativistic ionization equation which has been recently established and which must replace the Saha equation at temperatures above 10 to the 8th K. The macroscopic continuum opacity and emissivity of this gas are also derived.
