On 5 April 2010 a full halo interplanetary coronal mass ejection (ICME) caused a small geomagnetic storm with minimum Dst reaching -73 nT. The Two Wide-angle Imaging Neutral-atom Spectrometers (TWINS) stereo imaging observatory obtained energetic neutral atom (ENA) remote-sensing measurements of the enhanced ring current that resulted on the following day. TWINS observations on 6 April are of particularly high quality, and provide nearly continuous coverage of the ring current evolution as seen in ENAs. Analysis of these observations permit a quantitative study of the ring current evolution from the main phase and through the recovery phase over 24 hours. In particular, deconvolution of the ENA images to yield global 3D ion distributions is performed. We present the deconvolved 5-30 keV ion distributions, as well as the temperature, density and partial pressure calculated from the ion distributions. In order to further understand the ring current dynamics, comparisons of the ion distributions and moments are made with the Comprehensive Ring Current Model (CRCM) throughout the 6 April 2010 storm.
