The propagation of electromagnetic waves is considered in a flat
Friedmann Lemaître model of the universe with a Lorentz-invariant
vacuum energy. The ratio of present time over emission time, as well as
the emission and reception distance, and the emission and reception
velocity are presented in terms of red-shift.
