Solar Cosmic Rays: Interplanetary Space, Solar Cosmic Rays: Propagation
Scientific paper
Solar cosmic ray (SCR) propagation in interplanetary space is studied on
the basis of the Boltzmann kinetic equation. An analytic solution of the
kinetic equation has been derived for the three-dimensional spherical
geometry. The effect of the SCR injection duration on the time evolution
of the particle density is investigated.
