Data on helium-3-rich solar events with He-3/He-4 ratio greater than 0.1 are analyzed. A mathematical model is proposed which assumes the short-term role of ion-acoustic turbulence and the long-term role of MHD turbulence involving additional acceleration. Some mechanisms of enrichment by He-3 and heavy elements during the injection stage are discussed.
