We present results of calculated spectra of gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) according to the synchrotron shock emission model. We consider different physical conditions determining the low-energy burst emission. Future analysis of GRB time-resolved spectra for photon energies below the peak of the νFν spectrum may clarify important issues regarding the mechanism of burst emission.
