The production of charm particles by neutrino beams is well established. This paper briefly reviews the present evidence. The production of charm particles by neutrinos is a useful way to study the properties of charmed particles. The lifetime of some charmed particles has been estimated from two events observed in nuclear emulsions to be (3-6) x 10 to the 13th sec.
