First observations of identical active dust devils observed with different orbiters. Larger dust devils are active for much longer periods of time than smaller ones. Large dust devils may contribute to ˜50% of dust entrainment by dust devils into the atmosphere. Contribution of large dust devils to the background dust opacity could be large.
