The high galactic latitude black-hole candidate XTE J1118+480 was
followed-up by BeppoSAX during its outburst and transition to quiescence
with four TOOs from April to December 2000. In this paper, we summarize
and briefly discuss the results of the spectral and temporal data
analysis of these observations.
