Some simple geometrical models of asteroids with theoretical light curves similar to observed ones are presented; the models include a parallelepiped, a triangular prism, a pyramid, a truncated sphere, and a truncated ellipsoid. In some cases the results suggest rotation periods to be double those obtained from biaxial and triaxial ellipsoid models. A possible model for asteroids with light curves resembling those of eclipsing binary stars is also given.
