Consideration is given to the conformal structures of the interior and exterior Schwarzschild solutions of Einstein's equations in a space-time containing a matter tube. A precise mathematical statement specifying the difference in structure between the interior and exterior solutions is presented, along with the weak energy and other conditions on the matter tensor of the interior solution which must be satisfied in order for the structural difference to be present.
