The question of why super-quantum correlations (nonlocal boxes) do not occur
in Nature has been extensively studied. We point out that if the input to
nonlocal boxes is taken to be quantum, rather than classical as conventionally
done, then they can violate the no-signaling principle. Therefore, taken as an
axiom, this principle precludes nonlocal boxes
