Vertical motions of the earth crust and changes in the earth's gravitational field play a role in the results of repeated leveling and gravimetric measurements. In the present paper, an analytical method is proposed for calculating, to within the zeroth and first harmonics, the vertical changes of the crust and the gravitational field variations from repeated leveling and gravimetric measurements. In this method, the variation of the zeroth harmonic of the gravitational field is expressed in terms of the changes in the geocentric radius vector and the gravity force.
