Gravitational Radiation: Space-Time, Gravitational Radiation: Binary Pulsars

The fundamental field equation for gravitational waves propagating through any background space-time is derived; the artificial energy-momentum tensor for the gravitational wave is defined, and the differences between it and the energy-momentum pseudotensor of the gravitational field is clarified; the debate about whether binary radio pulsars could verify "gravitational radiation" is studied.
