Results of an analysis of the alignment of energy-isolated centers in gamma-hadron families with total gamma quanta energies of 400 TeV and higher, based on data from a carbon X-ray emulsion chamber, are presented. The fraction of aligned events with lambda4 (asymmetry parameter) equal to or greater than 0.8 is found to exceed the expected value by about 1.5 standard deviation.
