We have measured the quiet-time flux and energy spectrum of primary
cosmic-ray electrons in the energy range from 10 to 200 MeV in
interplanetary space. This investigation was carried out with an
instrument on board the satellite OGO-5 and covers the period from 25
March to 25 April 1968.
