The time dependences of the number of particles in the trap and of the average energies of electrons and ions have been determined experimentally for a decaying plasma. It is shown that the energy lifetime of the plasma is largely determined by ion energy losses and is approximately 1.5 times that of the particle lifetime. The factor of microwave power absorption by the plasma is estimated at about 10 percent.
