The Konus-Wind and Konus-A detector response function to γ-rays is calculated using the Monte Carlo method. The laboratory energy calibration in the energy range 6.4 keV to 2614 keV is described and the relative light output for monoenergetic electrons in the detector scintillator is determined. The process of γ-ray photon spectral deconvolution from the count rate spectra, using Monte Carlo response functions, and the results of the laboratory calibration are also discussed.
