A large coupling between the interior and the atmosphere is shown,
leading to an escape of 15% of the energy of seismic surface waves in
the atmosphere. Such coupling can be used to detect seismic signals from
future Venus orbiter and must also be taken into account in Venus' spin
evolution theories.
