The small angular anisotropy of the microwave background may be caused
by the gravitational scintillation due to the stochastic density
perturbation in the course of propagation after the recombination epock.
The observed anisotropy limit would suggest that the total density
perturbation with seze of ˜10 Mpc is still in a linear regime.
