Medium resolution optical spectra, two IUE low resolution ultraviolet spectra, and optical data were used to determine the population content of Bo 158. Optical, UV and X-ray fluxes are all consistent with those derived for the X-ray globulars in the Galaxy. The ratio of the fluxes at 3000 and 1500 A suggests for Bo 158 a morphology of the HR diagram with an extremely blue horizontal branch. However, the values for metallicity and intrinsic color suggest a red horizontal branch. This discrepancy may indicate that the second parameter phenomenon is present among M31 globular clusters.
