This report summarizes A.L.P.O. Solar Section observations for Rotations 1829-1832, particularly in terms of the morphology and development of sunspot groups. Seventeen observers in six countries contributed visual drawings and integrated-light and hydrogen-alpha photographs. Solar activity remained moderate in this period until Rotation 1832, when there was a dramatic increase in activity.
