This report presents the results of visual observations and the micrometer measurement of the latitudes of several Jovian features. The visual observations confirm the darkening of the Red Spot and Equatorial Zone as well as the fading of the South Equatorial Belt. In addition, several smaller changes occurred during the first four months of 1990, including changes in the detail near and within the Great Red Spot, the emergence of a distinct North Temperate Belt, and a southward shift of the northern border of the North Equatorial Belt. Micrometer measurements of the Great Red Spot suggest that it has an area of 2.4 +/-0.5 x 10 exp 8/sq km, meaning that it has not changed significantly in size since the 1960's.
