After a description of the properties of strong interacting matter at high temperatures and densities the authors describe the cosmological evolution during the quark-hadron transition in the framework of QCD. Thereafter this transition is described in the framework of hydrodynamics. Then especially the evolution of the baryon number is considered in this framework. Finally some observable consequences of this transition are discussed.
