Scientific paper
The aim of this work is to investigate the problem of Pulsars timing. Particularly, the issue of the time delay induced by the gravitational field of a Binary System is studied. In this frame, we focus attention on the asymmetric gravitomagnetic correction to the Shapiro time delay due to the angular momentum of one star of the couple making up the system. Then, the appropriate formulas are derived which lead to the introduction of a new Post-Keplerian parameter related to the intrinsic angular momenta of the stars.
