Dynamics of false-vacuum bubbles is analytically solved in (2 +
1)-dimensional space-time. The bubbles in our toy model are actually
circular strings which separate the locally conical and the de Sitter
spaces. Possible configuration and motion of bubbles are completely
classified on the basis of the energy condition for the string sources.
