The once difficult task of designing and building electronic equipment
for photoelectric photometry (PEP) has been eased considerably by recent
advances in electronics. The following is a discussion of some of the
new equipment that can be used in PEP equipment based on the use of the
photomultiplier tube (PMT) systems.
