We propose to survey 15 deg^2 of the OB1a and OB1b groups of the Orion OB1 association to measure UBVRI photometry of high and intermediate mass members of the association. This survey will address two goals. First, it will extend the photometric coverage of association members to cover the full spectrum of masses between 0.01 M_&sun; and 40 M_&sun; - extant photometry misses most stars in the range 1 M_&sun; to 3 M_&sun; (10
