A constraint is set on the mass and coupling of a photonlike particle couple to a hypercharge. It is found that the decay branching ratio for K(+) to Pi(+) + 'missing' requires that the coupling f exp 2/4 Pi be significantly smaller than 10 to the -43rd for hyperphotons m sub gamma prime = 10 to the -9th eV. This upper limit effectively rules out the speculation of Fischbach et al. (1986) concerning the results of the Eotvos experiment.
