The one-loop topological Casimir effect is estimated for a number of extended supergravities with N = 2,3,4 in the flat homogeneous Clifford-Klein spacetimes with topologies Mq = (S1)q × R4-q, q = 1,2,3. This permits to estimate the probability of quantum creation of the universe, possessing the effective topology Mq and filled with the fields of the extended supergravities mentioned, in the semiclassical approximation.
