We have complete a DEEP IRAC and MIPS survey in the Extended Groth Strip (EGS) area. The limiting flux densities are 1 μ Jy at the IRAC 3.6 and 4.5 μ m band, 6 μ Jy at the 5.8 and 8.0 bands, and 80 μ Jy at the MIPS 24μ m band. With such sensitivities, we are able to detect MIR counterparts for most Chandra X-ray sources, Submillineter Galaxies (SMG), and Lyman Break Galaxies (LBG). The X-ray sources in EGS area exhibit diversified SED in the Mid- and Far-IR wavelength range. The SEDs for the Submillineter Galaxies are dominated by either stellar emission which the 1.6μ m bump red-shifted into the IRAC bands, or hot dust emission with a power-law SED in the rest-frame NIR bands. Most LBGs are detected only at the 3.6 and 4.5 bands. Only 10-20 prpbably very massive. About 5 share very similar IR properties as SMG, which may be an intermediate population that bridges LBGs and SMGs.
