Helioseismic measurements with the Michelson Doppler Imager (MDI) instrument aboard SOHO, and complementary measurements from the Global Oscillation Network Group (GONG) project, are revealing changes deep within the Sun as the solar cycle progresses. We will present the latest results based on recent data from both experiments, including flows in the upper part of the convection zone and variations in the rotation rate near its base.
