Solar Neutrinos: Detectors

Scientific paper

A measurement of 8B solar neutrinos can be obtained with the
600-t ICARUS detector adequately shielded against neutrons. In order to
reduce the uncertainty about the neutron flux intensity and energy
distribution in the underground laboratory, a neutron detector has been
realized and installed in the Gran Sasso Laboratory.
