Interplanetary scintillations of the quasars 3C 345 and 3C 454.3 are observed at 102-MHz frequency. An estimation is made of the angular size and flux density of the scintillating components. It is noted that with regard to size these components resemble the compact components observed with interferometers at higher frequencies. It is concluded that within the uncertainty of measurement the compact components of the sources maintain the same angular size throughout the frequency range 102-609 MHz.
