Eight spectrograms are obtained for the spiral galaxy NGC 7541. The rotational curve is determined and used in constructing a three-component model for the mass distribution in the galaxy. The integrated mass is found to be 4.6 x 10 to the 11th solar masses and the ratio of integrated mass to luminosity is found to be approximately 5. In the 5-20 kpc range, the scale of light variation averages 10 kpc, and it is noted that this agrees, within the accuracy of measurement, with the scale of surface-density variation of the disk. It is concluded that in this distance range the mass/luminosity ratio for the star population of the disk does not vary significantly.
