Long-slit near-IR spectrograph data of NGC 4945 allow the deduction of the existence of circumnuclear molecular H. The flat H I rotation curve which is valid for the bulk of the galaxy is inappropriate for the velocity distribution of the molecular material in the central kpc. Instead, a massive central star cluster induces Keplerian rotational velocities of 200-250 km/sec at a galactic radius of 100 parsec; at distances of 400-500 parsec from the nucleus, the velocities are of the order of 100 km/sec.
