The flavor ratio of atmospheric neutrinos has been measured in a
3.2kiloton-year exposure of the Soudan 2 detector to be
0.61+/-0.15+/-0.05. This result is around 2.5σ lower than the
expected value and is in good agreement with the anomalous results
reported by the water Cerenkov experiments.
