Equations are derived that describe the propagation of Alfven and magnetoacoustic waves in a low-pressure magnetoplasma with weak low-frequency turbulence. Extinction coefficients for Alfven and magnetoacoustic waves are calculated, and it is shown that the MHD waves interact most efficiently with turbulent pulsations having scales of the order of the wavelength.
