Data gathered at Tien Shan over 13,000 hrs are analyzed. At energies between 10 to the 13th and 5 x 10 to the 14th eV, the number of electrons is arrived at using only measurements of shower spectra based on the number of particles. Between 5 x 10 to the 14th and 10 to the 16th eV, the number of electrons comes from an analysis of shower spectra on the basis of the number of electrons and of the number of muons having energies above 5 GeV.
