This proposal defines measurements of the internal spectral calibration
lamp SC2 for the GHRS side 1 spectroscopic modes G140L, G140M and Ech-A.
These will be carried out during the cycle 4 calibration program. The
observations provide data for calibrating dispersion constants,
carrousel and Y deflection functions and spectral resolving power.
