The principal objective is to measure the location of the post-COSTAR f/96 aperture with respect to the V2V3 coordinate frame. The orientation of the detector and the reseaux axes with respect to the V2V3 axes will be used to update the PDB if necessary (i.e. if the offset from the expected PDB locations is more than 5 arcseconds, which could mean that full-format acquisitions might miss their target). Execution of this proposal and subsequent PDB update if necessary will enable the COSTAR/FOC alignment activities. Modified SMC Proposal "BASELINE FOC/96 APERTURE LOCATION" - RIJ Kept the same ND filters, since the initial aberrations might be as high as for the spherically aberrated PSF (mainly coma).
