THIS PROGRAM ESTABLISHES THE QE AND THROUGHPUT OF THE WFPC2.
Observations of a UV flux standard star are obtained in both the WF3 and
PC1 in 7 filters. These observations will be repeated at 7 day
intervals. Observations are also obtained of a photometric field in 4
filters. These observations are also repeated at 7 day intervals.
