The following activities will take place during this proposal. 1. Take an image at focus and tilt positions resulting from FOC-F96-CAL-01 (proposal 4931). 2. Move DOB to the 0.0 mm position using a real-time contact. 3. Perform and INT ACQ and Take an FOC image. 4. Move DOB to +4.0 mm and take an image. 5. Move DOB to +8.0 mm and take an image. 6. Move DOB to -8.0 mm and take an image. 7. Move DOB to -4.0 mm and take an image. 8. Move DOB to back to 0.0 mm and take an image.
