Optical Testing: Methods Of Reduction

Scientific paper

A method is considered for the absolute calibration of three optical
surfaces using four interferograms. An algorithm is proposed for the
reconstruction of the surfaces, taking the entire volume of experimental
data into consideration. Recommendations are given on the choice of
measurement parameters.
