Observations have been made in 1988 and 1989 using the Narrabri VHE gamma ray telescope which each show evidence significant at > 3 σ level for a DC detection of 300 GeV gamma rays from Sco X-1. There are indications that the emission was modulated with the 0.787 d orbital period. No evidence for periodicity is found at or near the 2.92 or 4.53 ms periods suggested in the analyses of X-ray measurements.
