The electromagnetic fields induced by hydroacoustic waves, propagating in a liquid conducting medium in an alternating magnetic field, have been considered. The equation, relating the induced magnetic field to the undisturbed antenna field and acoustic wave parameters, has been obtained. The spatial—temporal pattern of the induced field has been constructed in the case when acoustic wave propagates along a direct line with an alternating current.
