Linear modes in the rotating neutron star polar-cap electron-positron plasma are considered. Due to the like dynamical behavior among species, linear modes in electron-positron plasmas have some specific features. Rotation of a neutron star generates additional effects on the plasma in the polar-cap region. These effects are different for waves propagating at different angles to the ambient magnetic field.
