The LHCb particle identification system is presented. The system
consists of two Ring-Imaging Cherenkov detectors which provide pion/kaon
separation over the momentum range 1 to 100 GeV/c, the Calorimeter
system, with which it is possible to identify neutral particles, and the
Muon Detector.
